Conflicts
at workplace are very common and something that any organization cannot do away
with. It is a fact of life and when different people with different mindsets,
goals, aims, ideas etc. come together conflicts are bound to happen. These
conflicts are sometimes healthy and sometimes not so good. Good conflicts helps
in developing new ideas and gives way to doing things differently from
different perspective etc. However when conflicts are not so good it’s
important to tackle them immediately and it’s the way these conflicts are
tackled, is what the organization’s success depends upon.
